What to send, and what comes back
A headend is quoted from the channel plan, not from a catalogue page, so the enquiry is priced from what you already have rather than from a form field you have to guess. These four starting points cover most of the projects that reach this desk.

Before you send it
What should I include in an enquiry?
The model number is enough if you already have it. Without one, send the channel count, the input sources (HDMI, SDI, CVBS, ASI or IP), the output standard your televisions or transmitters use — DVB-T/T2, DVB-C, DVB-S/S2, ISDB-T, ATSC or QAM — and the rack space you have free. A photo of the existing rack or a channel list also works, because both show the same thing: what the signal has to become.
What happens after I send the form?
The message reaches sales@cableiptvheadend.com with the model and the page you came from written into the subject line. We check that model against its datasheet and against the production schedule, then answer in writing: the datasheet pages for the models in question, how they connect in your chain, and a quotation for the quantity you asked about.
Can I get the datasheet before I order?
Yes. Each model page is written from the datasheet issued with that model: the parameters it is ordered on, the ports, and the standard it supports. Where a specification is not published on the page, ask for it and we confirm it against the datasheet rather than estimate a value.
I do not know which model I need — can you still specify it?
Yes, and that is the usual starting point. Describe the job instead of the equipment: how many channels, where the signal comes from, how many screens have to receive it and which standard those screens or transmitters use. The catalogue runs to 190 models across 9 product ranges, so matching a channel plan to the models that build it is done here rather than guessed by you.
Which terms come back with the quotation?
No list price is published on this site. MOQ and price breaks, lead time against the production schedule, warranty and service terms, and the certification documents for the specific model are all put in writing with the quotation, so they can be filed in a procurement record before the order is placed.
How do I reach you fastest?
