Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to the information you send to Hanxing through this website. It covers business enquiries about digital TV headend equipment — there is no customer account, subscription or payment on this site. Section 3 was rewritten on September 27, 2026: the typefaces, the icon set and the stylesheet are now served from this site itself, and the third parties still involved are listed there.

1. What we collect

  • Enquiry details you type in: your name, email address, company (if you give it), the subject you select and the message itself, including any model numbers or project details you include.
  • Technical data from your browser request: like any web server, the hosting provider of this site may keep standard access records — IP address, browser type, pages requested and time — for security and troubleshooting.
  • What we do not collect: we do not ask for payment details on this site, and there is no account to register.

2. Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation for the models you ask about.
  • To keep a record of the technical details agreed for an order, so support and warranty questions can be handled later.
  • To protect the site against spam and abusive form submissions.

3. Third-party services used by this site

Being specific about this is easier than a paragraph of generalities. Everything a page needs in order to draw itself — the two typefaces, the icon font and the stylesheet — is served from this domain, so drawing a page sends no request to another company and does not hand your IP address to one.

  • Form delivery — Web3Forms. When you submit the contact or quote form, what you typed (name, email address, company, subject and message) is posted to api.web3forms.com, which relays it to our mailbox. That request carries your IP address, as any HTTP request does.
  • Hosting — Vercel. The pages are served by Vercel, Inc. As with any web host, Vercel keeps standard access records for the requests it answers — IP address, browser type, page requested and time — for security and troubleshooting. This is the technical data described in section 1 above.
  • Measurement — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. On the live domain only, two measurement scripts load: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) from www.googletagmanager.com, which reports to www.google-analytics.com, and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) fromwww.clarity.ms, which also contacts its supporting endpoints at c.clarity.ms andc.bing.com. They record page views, an approximate location derived from the IP address, device and browser, plus scrolling and clicks, so we can see which equipment pages are read and where the site is awkward to use. This is measurement, not advertising: there is no advertising or remarketing tag, and the data is not sold or shared with anyone else. Neither script loads on a preview hostname.

You can check all of this yourself: the network panel of your browser's developer tools lists every request a page makes. Links that lead away from this site — WhatsApp, YouTube — are ordinary links, so nothing is requested from those services until you click one.

4. Cookies and analytics

There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site, and no advertising tag. The two measurement services described above set first-party cookies so that a visit and a session recording can be recognised: Google Analytics 4 uses _ga and _ga_<property>, Microsoft Clarity uses_clck and _clsk. Both load only on the live domain and are skipped on a preview hostname. If you block them — with a content blocker, or by turning cookies off in your browser — the pages and the enquiry form still work.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is relevant to the business relationship — for example while a quotation is open, or for as long as the order and warranty records need to be available. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will remove it, unless we are required to keep a record for accounting or legal reasons.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only where it is needed to answer you: the form delivery service described above, our own mail provider, the measurement services in section 3 (which process page statistics for us), and — for a specific order — the freight forwarder or customs broker handling that shipment.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry mail is limited to the people who prepare quotations and support the orders.

8. Your requests

Write to sales@cableiptvheadend.com to ask what we hold about your enquiry, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Tell us the email address you used when you wrote to us so we can find the record.

9. Changes to this policy

If the way this site handles information changes — for example if we add an analytics service — this page is updated and the date at the top changes.

10. Contact

Privacy questions: sales@cableiptvheadend.com. Technical or sales enquiries: use the contact form.
