Hanxing is a Guangzhou factory building cable TV and IPTV headend equipment since 1994 on a 15,893 m² site. The catalogue covers 9 product lines and 190 models — encoders, encoder-modulators, modulators, IP gateways, multiplexers, IRDs and transmitters — and every model page publishes the specifications from its own datasheet. Quotations are factory-direct.

Encoding

From one HDMI to forty-eight.

Broadcast-grade HEVC, H.264 and MPEG-2 encoding with UDP/RTP/RTSP output. Rack units built for 24/7 headend duty, not for a demo shelf.

How the chain works

Follow one signal from source to screen.

Sources feed encoders, encoders feed multiplexers, multiplexers feed IP gateways, and the gateways feed the set-top boxes on the screens. This walkthrough shows the whole path - the same chain the 190 models on this site are built for.

  • Sources: satellite, terrestrial, local playout, IP
  • Headend: encoders, multiplexers, IP gateways
  • Delivery: coax, LAN, or the existing building network

What does a hotel IPTV headend like this cost, and which models go in it?

Price follows your channel count and the inputs you have - there is no list price, so send both and we quote each model with its datasheet.

Sources are encoded and multiplexed, then leave the headend either as an IP stream for the network or as an RF carrier for coax and on-air distribution. The 190 models in the catalogue are the boxes above — encoders, multiplexers and scramblers, IP gateways, modulators, transmitters, and the IRDs and test gear that sit around them.

Manufacturing

Designed, built and tested in Guangzhou.

The FUQ headend line is Hanxing's own: 190 models covering HDMI/SDI and IP encoding, DVB-T/C/ISDB-T and QAM modulation, IP gateways, multiplexers, EPG and IPTV server software, and DVB-T and FM transmitters from 10 W to 10 kW. Assemblies are spot-checked on the line and every unit runs a 72-hour test before it is packed — the results sit behind the datasheet you read here. The plant covers 15,893 m² and has been building this equipment since 1994.
