The Hanxing FUQ4514 is an RF modulator in the FUQ4 line, built in our Guangzhou headend factory. Published specifications: Standard DVB-S2X; Multiplexing: Function PID remapping (automatically or manually); Roll-off Factor 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.35. 9 parameters are published on this page from the model's own datasheet; quotations are factory-direct.

We build the FUQ-4514 DVB-S/S2/S2X modulator with 4 ASI inputs, 1 IP input and RF output. ASI and IP sources are converted to a digital RF output, with BISS scrambling for secure distribution. NMS software and an LCD panel handle control. Broadcast and satellite operators deploy it for distribution.

Where the FUQ4514 fits: the modulation stage — a transport stream onto a DVB-T, DVB-C, ISDB-T or QAM carrier.

Next stage in the chain

A modulator creates the channel; a transmitter decides how far that channel travels. Once the channel line-up is fixed, the transmitter stage sets output power, filtering and monitoring for the coverage area, which is why both stages are specified together rather than separately.
