Our FUQ-B EPG server manages 2044 transport streams and 69,905 programs for ATSC-compliant program guides. It generates PSI/SI standard tables with private descriptor support through Client/Service System mode, and handles 16-day EIT events. Web-based control runs in a 1U rack-mount chassis. Typical deployments: digital TV headends, cable operators and IPTV service providers that need compliant EPG management.

Next stage in the chain

Server-side services define the line-up, the EPG and the subscriber rules; something still has to carry those streams to the network. The IP gateway is that hand-over point, converting between IP multicast and the ASI or RF legs the rest of the headend uses.
