The Hanxing FUQ200B is an RF modulator in the FUQ2 line, built in our Guangzhou headend factory. Published specifications: Input Max 256*4 IP in through GE ports 1-4 Max; Input: Transmission Rate Max 960Mbps for each GE input. 19 parameters are published on this page from the model's own datasheet; quotations are factory-direct.

The FUQ-200B is our dense QAM modulator, outputting 48/96 non-adjacent DVB-C carriers from 2/4 RF ports. SFP+ and GE ports carry IP in and out. 1 (or 2) 48ch QAM cards each provide dual RF output ports to broaden QAM carrier bandwidth, and the modular 1U chassis is managed over the web. Broadcast operators use it for high-density signal distribution.

Where the FUQ200B fits: the modulation stage — a transport stream onto a DVB-T, DVB-C, ISDB-T or QAM carrier.

Next stage in the chain

A modulator creates the channel; a transmitter decides how far that channel travels. Once the channel line-up is fixed, the transmitter stage sets output power, filtering and monitoring for the coverage area, which is why both stages are specified together rather than separately.
